CHEMIN DE MOSCOU

One of Languedoc’s stars is Domaine Gayda’s Chemin de Moscou. This smooth wine is both spicy and seductive. Explosive! You will just want more.

Deep purple, almost opaque in colour with an expressive nose of black fruits, pepper, cinnamon, spice and violets. A seductive palate of dark hedgerow fruits, very open and welcoming with an explosion of fruit and spice. Mineral undertones.

Vintage: 2014

Blend: 60% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 5% Cinsault

This spicy wine pairs well with red meat. Try a succulent beef rib eye roast with  chestnuts and Sichuan peppercorn jus.
