Château Respide-Medeville Graves

An aromatic and fruity white wine with hints of yellow fruits, lychees, some grapefruit and a spicy element from new wood. A wine with weight, without being heavy, with fresh fruit lifting all the flavours.

This stunning wine is very bracing with thyme, tarragon and verbena notes streaking forth, backed by a bright lemon pulp and white peach core. Pure and lengthy. 

Vintage: 2014

Blend: 50% Sémillon, 48% Sauvignon, 2% Muscadelle

A white Bordeaux of this style pairs beautifully with seafood. Serve with something classic and French in style; prawn linguini with parsley and lemon zest, dover sole with butter and sage or salmon poached in a bag.
